This qualitative study aimed to understand the fertility and sexual behaviors of fresh graduates from four universities in Kampala, Uganda, between May and August 2021. The study interrogated 52 fresh graduates about their fertility intentions, economic and parenting aspirations, sexual health during COVID-19, and attitudes toward abortion.
